• All orders are verified, quality-checked, and packaged within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
• As soon as your package has been prepared and dispatched, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
To ensure strict quality standards and deliver the latest batch directly to your door, items are shipped straight from our international fulfillment hubs.
• Standard Tracked Delivery: 6 – 12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays during major holidays, extreme weather events, or standard local customs processing.

3. SHIPPING COST
• Standard Tracked Shipping: FREE on all orders with zero hidden handling fees at checkout.

4. REAL-TIME TRACKING
Every shipment includes full tracking from dispatch to delivery. You will receive an email containing your tracking link once your order ships. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier system to update the first scan.

5. CUSTOMS & LOCAL CLEARANCE
The majority of parcels clear customs seamlessly. In rare cases where local import regulations apply in your destination country, any applicable local customs fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please make sure your delivery address, unit/apartment number, and contact details are complete and correct at checkout. Zayvio is not liable for failed deliveries or delays caused by inaccurate customer address entries.
